לכו למדף החטיפים בכל סופר בארץ. אותן שלוש שקיות, אותם מרכיבים מהמעבדה, כבר שלושים שנה. בארה"ב ובאירופה מותגי צ'יפס טבעי הפכו למדף שלם. פה, עוד אין אחד שמיוצר מקומית.
Walk down the snack aisle of any supermarket in Israel. The same three bags, the same lab ingredients, for thirty years. In the US and Europe, natural chips became an entire shelf. Here, there still isn't one made locally.
אנחנו מתחילים בישראל כי המדף ריק והתפוחים מצוינים. מייצרים כאן, מוכרים קודם בקפה, בחנויות טבע ובדוכנים בשווקים, ואז לרשתות.
We start in Israel because the shelf is empty and the potatoes are excellent. Made here, sold first through cafés, natural-food shops and market stalls, then the chains.
